Claire Jones MD, FRCSC

After completing her Royal College fellowship training in Gynaecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Mount Sinai Hospital at the University of Toronto, Dr. Jones joined Mount Sinai Fertility as a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist.  Prior to that, Dr. Jones completed her Bachelors of Science and Medical Degrees at the University of Western Ontario and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Toronto.  She is currently a member of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Mount Sinai Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Jones is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada in both Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Gynaecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.  She is also a member of the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Jones’ main clinical and research interests include polycystic ovarian syndrome, fertility surgery, assisted reproductive technologies and improvement of both patient education and medical education.  She has received several research grants and has had multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals.  Dr. Jones strives to provide compassionate evidence-based care that empowers patients to make educated decisions about their fertility.
