Important Update About Fees

We know that fertility care is a meaningful investment, and we want to make sure you have clear information about upcoming changes.

Starting June 8, 2026, Mount Sinai Fertility will update some of its fees.

This change will not affect patients who are mid-cycle before June 1. Patients calling in a Day 1 on or after June 1, 2026, will follow the updated pricing.

We continue to offer a loyalty program to help support patients continuing care with Mount Sinai Fertility.

  • 10% off your second paid IVF or elective egg freezing cycle*
  • 15% off your third or subsequent paid IVF or elective egg freezing cycle*

Understanding fertility treatment costs

Every fertility journey is different. Your exact costs will depend on your personal treatment plan.

Some services may be covered through the Ontario Fertility Program, funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Other costs may be paid by you or by your insurance plan.

Once you and your physician have a treatment plan, our team can give you a more detailed estimate.

The sample fees below are meant to help you understand common treatment costs. Some additional services, such as outside laboratory testing, may not be included.

Medication costs are listed separately. Medication costs vary from person to person and may depend on your treatment plan and insurance coverage. The Mount Sinai Fertility Pharmacy accepts all insurance plans and can provide a more detailed medication estimate once your plan is confirmed.

If your cycle needs to be cancelled, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on when the cancellation happens. For details, please contact  [email protected].

 

Publicly funded fertility services

Mount Sinai Fertility has received additional funding through the Ontario Fertility Program, allowing us to support more eligible patients seeking publicly funded fertility care, including funded IVF services.

Some services may be publicly funded, while other costs may still apply. Your exact costs will depend on your treatment plan, eligibility, medication needs, and any additional services recommended by your care team.

Medication costs are not included in the estimates above.

Estimated medication costs are:

  • IUI and frozen embryo transfer: $500 to $1,500 per cycle
  • IVF: $3,000 to $6,000 per cycle

Medication costs vary from person to person and may change based on your treatment plan.

*The loyalty discount applies only to same cycle types of paid IVF or EEF cycles and does not apply to a combination of EEF and IVF cycles.  The discount applies to the procedure cost only and does not include ancillary services such as andrology fees, genetic testing or medications. A cycle funded through the Ontario Fertility Program does not count towards the loyality discount.
