Mount Sinai Fertility has achieved Healthcare Accreditation with Accreditation Canada.

Our Technology

At Mount Sinai Fertility (MSF), the patient experience, including security, is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we’ve implemented measures such as an electronic medical record, a patient portal, and biometrics to confirm patient identity.

The Mount Sinai Fertility eIVF Patient Portal gives our patients access to their blood results, ultrasound results and cycle monitoring flowsheets as soon as they have been reviewed by their specialists. Patients are able to communicate with their care team through this portal and easily receive updates. The portal allows patients to easily view upcoming appointments.

In 2019, MSF was the first clinic in Canada to introduce the use of biometrics, specifically fingerprints and unique pins, as an added layer of security when matching patients to their treatment, procedure and specimens.

We understand how important your embryos and banked samples are; at Mount Sinai Fertility we have 24/7 monitoring of all storage with staff on call should an alarm go off. All of our equipment is connected to a generator should an outage occur. Our incubators have emergency battery supplies as well.
