Efficient Referrals

To become a patient at Mount Sinai Fertility, please ask your family physician or a walk-in clinic for a referral.

As of July 1, 2016, our referral processing has been significantly improved and you should expect a call from us within 1 or 2 days from our receiving your referral form. The first call is usually about letting you know that we have your referral. However, in the vast majority of cases, the call is also about collecting the missing information which was omitted from the form. If there will be 2 parents, please ensure both parents’ demographic information is provided on the referral.
