More Access, More Hope: Expanded Fertility Support in Ontario Starting 2025
Big news for anyone planning to grow their family.
The Ontario government has announced a major expansion of fertility care, starting in 2025. This includes more access to publicly funded fertility treatments through the Ontario Fertility Program (OFP), plus a brand-new Fertility Treatment Tax Credit to help ease the financial burden.
At Mount Sinai Fertility, we welcome this change, and we’re ready to help you make the most of it.
What’s Changing in 2025
Here’s what the new provincial investment means for you:
- More publicly funded IVF cycles and other services available across Ontario
- Shorter wait times for IVF and other services
- $150 million in new funding for fertility care over two years (2025–2026)
This is about timely access to care, and more opportunities to grow your family.
What Happens Next?
We know navigating funding and treatment options can be overwhelming. That’s why Mount Sinai Fertility is committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
