To help you plan with confidence over the holiday season, please review our updated clinic hours.
While our Downtown clinic remains open throughout the period, some dates will have reduced hours and urgent Cycle Monitoring only, and our Vaughan and Mississauga clinics will be closed for a short time.

Clinic hours by location:
Toronto – 250 Dundas Street West
Open throughout the holiday period.
Reduced hours and limited services on:
December 24, 25, 26 and January – Open for urgent Cycle Monitoring only.
Vaughan & Mississauga Clinics
Closed from December 22 to January 4 (inclusive).
Reopening for Cycle Monitoring on Monday, January 5, 2026.
How Will This Affect Your Treatment?
IUI Cycle Monitoring
No IUIs on December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1.
If you begin an IUI cycle during this time, there’s a chance the procedure may fall on a closed date.
- In that case, the cycle may need to be converted to an intercourse cycle.
- Your care team will help guide this decision.
The following procedures will not take place from December 24 to January 1:
- IVF cycles (with or without PGT)
- Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET)
- Elective Egg Freezing
Other Services During the Holiday Period
Sonohysterograms & Office Hysteroscopy
Available on select dates only.
Please call the clinic for scheduling details.
Obstetrical Ultrasounds
Offered at the Downtown clinic only during this time.

Pharmacy Hours
Open with modified hours on:

We remain committed to supporting urgent oncology fertility preservation needs over the holidays.
Oncology referrals will continue to be accepted.
Please note: There will be no Oncology Sperm Banking appointments on December 25, 26, or January 1.
