Scheduled eIVF maintenance

Dear Patients,

We would like to inform you of a scheduled system downtime that will temporarily impact access to the patient portal and electronic medical records.

Downtime Period: Friday, April 24 from 4 p.m. to Sunday, April 26 at 5 p.m.

During this time you will not have access to the patient portal including for signing consents and reviewing results. The payment portal will remain active.

Please note that your care will not be impacted by this downtime. All procedures and patient visits will continue as planned.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

We are now able to bill all insurance plans directly.

Please remember to bring your insurance information with you.

The MSF pharmacy is available 7 days a week from 7 AM to 3 PM

to help fill your fertility medication needs.

Important update about fees

Starting June 8, 2026, Mount Sinai Fertility will update some of its fees.

This change will not affect patients who are mid-cycle before June 8. New Day 1 calls on or after June 8, will follow the updated pricing.
